How do you ensure reliability for mission-critical electronic components?
Reliability is ensured through our integrated Quality Management System (QMS). We combine AS9100 processes with rigorous automated testing. This includes visual inspection, electrical testing (continuity and isolation), and pull-force testing for crimps, ensuring full compliance with IPC-620 criteria before delivery.
What quality certifications does the company hold for aerospace and defence manufacturing?
Our manufacturing facility is fully certified to AS9100 (the quality management system for the aerospace and defence industry) and ISO 9001. These certifications ensure that every product leaving our line meets strict traceability, safety, and reliability requirements essential for mission-critical applications.
How do you handle the prototyping phase for defence-grade projects?
For defence applications, we treat the prototype phase as a critical validation step. We manufacture prototypes using the exact materials and standards (IPC-620 Class 3) intended for the final product. This allows our customers to perform rigorous qualification testing on the unit. Once the prototype is approved, we proceed to First Article Inspection (FAI) and serial manufacturing.
