FAQ

These are the most commonly
asked questions we get, Cant
find what you’re looking for?

Can you support projects that scale from initial prototyping to full-scale mass production?
Yes. We offer a seamless transition from Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) to high-volume serial manufacturing. Our production lines are flexible and scalable. Once a prototype is approved, we optimize the assembly process, create dedicated production jigs, and secure the supply chain for bulk components, ensuring that mass production maintains the same high quality and precision as the original design.
Can your facility handle high-mix, low-volume production for defence prototypes?
Absolutely. We support the defence sector with flexible manufacturing lines that accommodate high-mix, low-volume (HMLV) projects. This is essential for prototyping new armored vehicle systems or upgrading specific fleets where mass production quantities are not initially required.
Do you offer engineering support for legacy military equipment?
Yes. We specialize in reverse engineering and Build-to-Spec solutions for legacy defence systems. If original drawings are missing or outdated, our engineering team can analyze existing components to create new specifications and manufacture replacements that meet or exceed modern performance standards.
How do you ensure reliability for mission-critical electronic components?
Reliability is ensured through our integrated Quality Management System (QMS). We combine AS9100 processes with rigorous automated testing. This includes visual inspection, electrical testing (continuity and isolation), and pull-force testing for crimps, ensuring full compliance with IPC-620 criteria before delivery.
Does your Build-to-Spec process include prototyping services?
Yes. Prototyping is an integral phase of our Build-to-Spec service. Before moving to full-scale manufacturing, our engineering team produces fully functional prototypes for validation and field testing. This ensures that the design meets all operational requirements and allows us to refine the product for optimal performance and manufacturability.
